In 2005, our founders asked a simple question — "Could we help?" — and built a company around answering it.
The 1-1-1 Project is how we keep asking that question today, through the dollars we donate, the hours we volunteer, and the expertise we deliver pro bono.
Running totals across giving, volunteering, and pro bono work since the program launched
In 2005, our founders noticed a local business that needed help, and asked if they could give it. That question became Stratagon.
It's also the same question 1-1-1 asks today: wherever we are, and with whatever we have, how could we help?
Community impact isn't new to us. It's been part of how we've worked since the beginning, long before it had a name. We're still working through our history to decide what counts retroactively as 1-1-1 activity, so this page can tell the full story rather than start the clock today.
Pro bono creative and marketing support for the Motivational Foundation's ongoing work helping students from low-income areas succeed through education, mentorship, and college visits.
Supporting organizations like the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Charlotte that directly impact our communities in Charlotte and the Triad through donations, service projects, and pro bono services.
Technology donated to support student success on campus while alleviating administrative burden for staff. Deployed at no cost to universities or the students they're serving with full Stratagon support.
Each year, we partner with the Motivational Foundation to support students working toward their next chapter. Meet the recipients making the most of that opportunity.
