What we are looking for:

  • Candidates entering their Junior or Senior year, have completed an Undergraduate degree, or are enrolled in a Graduate program in a relevant field of study. 

  • Individuals who have taken courses and/or have industry experience related to the professional track of their choice. 

  • Those who have shown strength in the ability to manage multiple projects at a time without sacrificing detail. 

  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. 

  • Team-oriented, customer-centered spirit with a passion to learn in a fast-paced, goal/deadline-driven environment.

The Agency – A career immersion experience

Welcome to agency life: it’s fast-paced, collaborative, and it takes drive. In this summer experience, you will learn the inner workings of one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the country. With guidance from our industry leaders, you will identify opportunities for growth and create real-time, innovative solutions for internal initiatives and client campaigns. We offer an exciting range of professional tracks to cultivate your talent. Immerse yourself in an agency that champions your differences, values your curiosity, and fuels your innovative drive from day one.

The Catalyst - A marketing career accelerator

Welcome to the world of activation. As a member of our Catalyst team, you will work hand in hand with industry leaders on client projects that make a difference in the world. Catalyst team members multiply our impact and ignite real results right from the start. In this semester-long accelerator, our common goal is to set you up for unparalleled growth and development to hone your business skills and launch your marketing career. Already graduated? You may have the opportunity to join us as an extern to grow your career experience.

The Associate – A full-time professional trajectory 

You can help build the backbone of our success. Our Associate Team plays a vital role in our impact and innovation as an agency. We don’t see early career candidates as entry level. Digital and Inbound Marketing

Do you have a knack for developing solutions, maximizing teamwork, and understanding how marketing influences business growth? Join the team guiding measurable growth strategies and developing lasting relationships with our clients. This professional track will help you sharpen the technical skills needed to build creative campaigns that deliver exceptional results. Come grow your real-world strategy and implementation experience and get unmatched, immersive training in traditional, inbound, and digital marketing management.

Graphic and Digital Design

Let your creativity flow through visual design and bring the Stratagon brand to market in bold and engaging ways. When it comes to design, we integrate creativity into every aspect of the visual experience. As a designer, you will collaborate across teams to create visual content that engages massive audiences and strengthens our digital presence for websites, email, social media, and more. Explore how exceptional design meets user experiences that captivate habitual scrollers and convert them into customers.

Video Production

Do you have an innovative mind and skills to develop multimedia content to make brands come alive? From storyboarding to full production and editing, you can be part of creative video for internal and external promotional videos, product marketing videos, storytelling videos, and more. Since visuals enable the mind to understand vastly more than words alone, your creativity can help us boost campaigns to captivate habitual scrollers and convert them into customers.
