Over the past 35 years, DreamKey Partners has worked to bring affordable housing to the Charlotte region, as well as South Carolina and Georgia. They have expanded affordable homes via real estate development, homeownership programs, and community efforts. They have a passion to build, rehabilitate, and revitalize homes, as well as provide education, lending, emergency aid, and neighborhood renewal.

THE CHALLENGE

Disjointed Systems and Processes

DreamKey was launching a rental assistance application in partnership with another organization, and they identified the need for custom automation to efficiently manage the application process. Since only one application was developed and both teams used HubSpot for deployment, it was important to standardize the automations and processes to ensure smooth collaboration and effective management by both teams.
