DreamKey was launching a rental assistance application in partnership with another organization, and they identified the need for custom automation to efficiently manage the application process. Since only one application was developed and both teams used HubSpot for deployment, it was important to standardize the automations and processes to ensure smooth collaboration and effective management by both teams.
